America Direct has a complete range of mail processing services. Our mail room equipment offers high speed
production that not only keeps our prices competitive but also allows us to offer quick turnaround time.
We have quality assurance checkpoints throughout the entire production process to ensure that each job is
being processed according to specifications.
Design Services
America Direct can handle all of your design needs, from concept to layout. Whether you are a utility
company needing an updated format or a first time mailer, we can help you achieve the look you want.
If you have already designed your mail piece we encourage you to let us review it before printing to
ensure that all United States Postal requirements are met, thus avoiding costly postage surcharges.
Mail Processing (Letter Shop Services)
Letter Inserting
Our Mailcrafters and Bell & Howell letter inserting machines can accommodate envelopes taking up to
eight inserts. We can automatically insert into standard size envelopes as well as 90 X 120 provided
the flap is on the 120 side. In-line ink jetting and metering is also available.
Folding
Our Baum folders are designed for high volume and provide precise folds. We can fold single sheets
up to 230 X 360 with a wide range of folding options including Double Right Angle folds.
Tabbing/Gluing
Our in-line Kirk-Rudy and MCS Tabbers can affix either one or two tabs as required to achieve certain
Postal automation discounts. In addition to tabs these lines can affix scratch-off tabs for applications
such as covering winning numbers as well as affixing live Postage stamps for a personal touch.
We also offer in-line hot glue in lieu of tabs.
Ink Jet Addressing
We use MCS Ink Jet systems that allow for high production speeds while maintaining crisp print
quality needed to pass USPS bar code requirements. The RSI drying system allows us to print on a
wide variety of coated paper stock at high speeds without sacrificing print quality.
Label Addressing
For applications requiring the use of paper or Cheshire labels we use Kirk-Rudy addressing machines.
The machines are designed to accept either 4 or 5 across list formats as well as PSL list.
Newspaper Inserting
America Direct has the ability to insert into Newspaper size publications using our Kansa Inserting
Machine. This machine can also produce "Marriage Mail" packages with up to eight inserts.

The Mailing List is an integral part of any successful mailing campaign. The best designed mail
piece will prove unsuccessful if the correct recipients are not identified and reached. America
Direct has the resources to give you access to a database custom tailored for maximum response.

Printing Services
While Ameica Direct does not offer in-house printing we do maintain a strong relationship with
numerous printing companies. Printing companies typically specialize in certain products depending
on capabilities and equipment. Whether you need a thousand post cards printed or a hundred thousand
magazines, America Direct can put you in contact with the printer most suited to fill your needs.
Many of our customers choose to let America Direct handle all aspects of the print run, from design
to booking press time and press proofing. Because of the volume of print that we handle and the
relationships we have developed over the years, we can often lower our customers printing cost.
Another benefit in letting America Direct act as your print agent is that you can be assured that the
end product will be within all USPS specifications avoiding costly Postage surcharges.
Bindery Services
Saddle Stitching
America Direct is equipped to handle all of your saddle stitching needs. Our Sheridan FG and McCain
stitching lines can produce up to 400,000 books each day. These machines can accommodate jobs with
up to nine signatures. We utilize Rima Stackers to maximize efficiency and bundle quality. S.I.M.
Blow-In Units allow us to insert either one or two cards into stitched books. Product can be boxed,
strapped or palletized as required. Nationwide transportation services are available and efficient
because of Arkansas' centralized location within the continental United States.

The folders of choice for America Direct are Baum. Our folders can handle single sheets as large as
230 x 360 with a wide range of folding options including Double Right Angle folds. We also offer
in-line hot glue in lieu of tabs, this system is more cost efficient than tabs while yielding the
same Postal discounts.
Flat Bed Cutting
America Direct uses Challenge paper cutting technology for precise cutting. Our cutter is programmable
ensuring consistent cuts from start to finish.
Mapping and Donation Card Services
Nonprofits are saving money by using our easy to read Maps and mailing our Full Color donation request cards.
Laser Imaging Services
America Direct couples Hewlett-Packard Laser Imaging technology with Jetletter software for unparalleled
versatility and quality. Our Laser Imaging department prints entire utility bills, shut-off notices and
letters to exacting standards at speeds high enough to allow for competitive pricing.We also offer specific
variable imaging onto preprinted forms for applications such as name and address or sequential numbering.
Form inventorying and warehousing services are available. We offer 24 hour turn-around service for customers
within the Utility industry.
